DappRadar is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to steer our creative team. If you have a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and dapps, coupled with strong technical skills in design, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor our design team, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.
• Play a key role in product and feature design, ensuring our UI/UX design is engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define new products and features.
• Use your understanding of our audience to conduct user research, translating insights into impactful design decisions.
• Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, guaranteeing high-quality and timely results.
• Develop and maintain our design language to ensure consistent brand identity across all products.
• Optimize design processes and implement best practices to ensure top-notch results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies in the blockchain and crypto industry.

Requirements:

• A deep understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dapps).
• 4+ years of experience in product design.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to business impact.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
