Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies and databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze key parameters for decentralized finance protocols, including liquidity, trading volume, transaction fees, and other metrics that impact system safety and stability.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to identify anomalies, trends, and patterns in protocol data, and use this information to make recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineers, developers, and product managers to implement and test new features and enhancements to the protocol, based on insights gained from data analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement monitoring and alerting systems that detect and mitigate risks to the protocol.
• Communicate data insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using visualizations, reports, and other communication tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in decentralized finance and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
