Do you have strong Business Development Enterprise experience and relations? Are you looking to bring Enterprise and Web2.0 businesses to Web3.0? As the Director of Enterprise Business Development you will lead and spearhead initiatives surrounding Enterprise businesses and will be an integral part in helping Ava Labs gain their attention and the creation of partnerships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the adoption of new products and lead enterprise grade partnerships
- Grow partnerships, develop novel product offerings, and long term synergies
- Collaborate and align with internal product teams to ensure product success
- Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing enterprise accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
- Identify opportunities and develop relationships with technology leaders at major enterprises and assist in their transition from Web2 to Web3 initiatives
- Create systems and processes to drive proactive outreach to active enterprises in Web3, and Web 2 curious companies
- Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA and/or CFA
- Extensive Enterprise sales and business development background
- Extensive experience with creating and implementing products
- Experience launching new and novel products
- In depth knowledge of crypto/Web3 across payments, DeFi, NFTs, loyalty, and more
- Detail oriented
- Great written/verbal communication
- Product management/development experience preferred
